At the Wood Shop, all discarded wood pieces end up in the same pile, which grows slowly over time. One day, I walked into the workshop without any materials of my own and decided to build a table using only what I found in that pile. That’s how the Woodshop Table came to life — by stacking leftover plywood pieces into a tower. I made a point to preserve the original shapes of the parts, as a way of honoring the memory of whoever had left them behind. Some were square or triangular, while others had unusual hexagonal or rounded forms that ended up shaping the final design of the table.
Materials: reclaimed 3/4 in plywood.
